Balancing the turbine positions and the amount of steel granules with the power capacity offers maximum cleaning efficiency for all types of loading. The machine's continuous high performance is directly related to the smooth operation of the parts and the importance of regular maintenance.

This modular drum sandblasting system consists of many easily dismountable units, each of which can be transported independently. The loaded semi-finished parts are sandblasted equally and completely at every point thanks to the special angles of the turbines. The inner surfaces of the sandblasting area and the entry and exit points are secured with carefully designed coatings and materials to prevent leaks.

The inner walls and doors coated with Hardox material harden upon impact, providing additional protection. Areas where the abrasive material thrown from the turbines comes into contact are coated with wear-resistant special cast parts on 60 rkvl steel, offering maximum durability. The ceiling and bunkers are reinforced with Hardox material for extra protection against wear.

After the sandblasting process, the used abrasive material is collected through systems under the machine and recycled with the help of an elevator and separator. The air inside the machine is cleaned with advanced filter and cyclone systems to expel dust and used granules, thus providing a clean working environment. This fully automatic system minimizes user errors and workplace accidents, offering a safe and efficient working environment.
