Heating Unit

BOYMAK Heating Exchangers are designed based on maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption. Our thermoblocks, mounted at the back of the oven, can raise the oven temperature from the ambient temperature to + 230 °C. BOYMAK Heating Exchangers are made of 310 quality Stainless Steel material and are resistant up to 1000 °C. 

The smoke pipes used in the thermoblock are normalized Seamless smoke pipes. The thermoblock is placed inside the combustion chamber and is insulated with 150mm rock wool. There is an intervention cover against thermoblock failures in the combustion chamber. Inside the combustion chamber,
there is a turbine fan that distributes heat into the oven. The observation hole on the thermoblock allows for monitoring combustion efficiency, and precautions are taken against gas and diesel blockages inside the thermoblock.

Technical Specifications of the Electrostatic Powder Coating Tunnel Type Oven

Tunnel Type baking and drying ovens are manufactured in a disassembled form by constructing them on a chassis with sandwich panels.
The inner part of the baking oven is made of 1.2mm ST 37 Galvanized material, and the outer part is made of 1.2 mm ST 37 material. The outer sheet of the oven is coated with electrostatic powder paint, increasing corrosion resistance. 

The baking oven panels are standardly insulated with 150mm insulation material. The inner part of the oven panels is insulated with 50mm rock wool, and the outer part is insulated with 120mm glass wool, ensuring that heat losses do not exceed the ambient temperature (+ - 10) degrees. Thus, our baking ovens consume less fuel and do not excessively heat the working environment. There is a radiant type fan that provides air circulation inside the baking oven, and thanks to the air channels extending along the oven and the vents placed on the channels, a homogeneous heat distribution is achieved inside the oven. 

There are two sliding doors at the entrance and exit of tunnel type baking ovens. These doors are adjusted automatically or manually according to the size of the piece. This prevents unnecessary heat losses and provides savings.

Temperature control is done through a thermocouple placed inside the oven. The BOYMAK Tunnel Type Baking Oven automatically signals when it reaches the desired temperature and can be adjusted from 0 - 250 °C via the digital clock on the temperature control panel.
