BOYMAK Heating Exchangers are designed based on maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption. Our thermoblocks, mounted at the back of the oven, can raise the oven temperature from ambient temperature to + 230 ºC. BOYMAK Heating Exchangers are made of 310 quality Stainless Steel material and are resistant up to 1000 ºC. 

The smoke pipes used in the thermoblock are normalized seamless smoke pipes. The thermoblock is placed inside the combustion chamber and is insulated with 150mm Rock Wool. There is an intervention cover against thermoblock failures in the combustion chamber. There is a turbine fan in the combustion chamber that distributes heat into the oven. The observation hole on the thermoblock allows for monitoring combustion efficiency, and precautions are taken against gas and diesel blockages inside the thermoblock.

U Type Baking and Drying Ovens are manufactured in a disassembled form by constructing them on a chassis with sandwich panels.
The inner part of the baking oven is made of 1.2 mm ST 37 Galvanized material, and the outer part is made of 1.2mm ST 37 material. The outer sheet of the oven is coated with electrostatic powder paint to increase corrosion resistance. The panels of the baking oven are insulated with 150mm insulation material as standard. The inner part of the oven panels is insulated with 50mm Rock Wool, and the outer part is insulated with 120mm Cm Wool, ensuring that heat losses do not exceed the ambient temperature (+ - 10) degrees due to this insulation feature in the baking oven. Thus, our baking ovens consume less fuel and do not excessively heat the working environment. There is a radiant type fan that provides air circulation inside the baking oven, and thanks to the air channels running along the oven and the vents placed on the channels, a homogeneous heat distribution is achieved inside the oven. There are two sliding doors at the entrance and exit of the U Type Baking Ovens. These doors can be adjusted automatically or manually according to the size of the parts. This way, unnecessary heat losses are prevented, providing savings.

Heat control is done through a thermocouple placed inside the oven. BOYMAK U Type Baking and Drying Ovens automatically signal when the desired temperature is reached and can be adjusted up to 0-250 °C via the digital clock on the heat control panel.
