Flexible Car Exhaust Pipe / Double-Locked Flexible Metal Hose Making Machine
Principle: The machine, which includes advanced technology, will apply universal wheels and four pairs of shaping wheels to create the hose step by step. The size of the locked hose will be the same as the mold formation.
Procedure:
1. All seven pairs of wheels are transfer wheels (referring to the wheel drawings), and the first pair of wheels is positioning (referring to wheel drawing 001). They cannot be pressed too hard to prevent very fast feeding. The allowed tolerance on both sides cannot exceed 0.3 mm. The third pair is folding wheels (referring to drawing 3), and the degree of folding asymmetry will not exceed 0.3 mm. In the fourth pair of folding and shaping wheels (see wheel drawing 004), the strip will be folded and shaped at a 90° angle. The fifth pair (see drawing 5) will create a strip at a 60° angle.
2. After the strip passes through the seven pairs of wheels, wrap the strip and secure it to the shaping mold, then gradually press it into the slot with the seven pressing wheels. Run the machine slowly until the correct hose comes out.

When adjusting the four center pressing wheels, please be careful: the first pair cannot be too tight, otherwise the second will be tighter than the first, and the others will be the same.

Adjustment Process:
The seven pairs of wheels (1-7) will be positioned with spacers, the upper wheel must be on the same center line as the lower wheel, do not fix them. There are spacers inside the lower wheels that have been adjusted before delivery. The spacers outside the wheels will be pressed by nuts. Different thickness spacers will be used to ensure that the lower wheel is exactly in the middle of the strip and that both edges are folded equally. Five pairs of wheels must be pressed parallel with the same force. Ensure that the strips are not damaged while pressing the wheels down.
Do not tighten the nuts on the pressing tools to allow free movement inside.
When a tight locking hose needs to be made, a gasket must be placed.
When adjusting the transmission wheels, all wheels should be loosened, then allow the wheels to fall freely down and then tighten.
Keep the distance between the large table of the machine and the pressing wheel support at 1.5 mm clockwise. (For machine 3 s, it will be 1.0 mm)
Maintenance and Repair:
Add grease to the chain wheel and chain before operation and ensure proper lubrication of the shaft and chain.
Run the machine at a constant speed, never accelerate or decelerate suddenly. While operating the machine, the speed should not be less than 400 rpm and max. speed should not exceed 800 rpm.
Cut off the power supply when the machine is not running.
Tighten the nuts on the wheels and prevent slipping, and check to ensure.
