•  The machine aims to hygienically store solid, liquid, and powdered foods for a short time and transport them in a leak-proof manner.
•  Application is for Plastic and Paper Cups.

•  The resistance temperature allows the machine to seal properly at a temperature between 100C – 150C.

Working Principle:

•  At 100c to 150c degrees, the device adheres the specially produced PC-featured plastic film for food to the desired surface through heat and pressure.
• Thanks to this strong adhesion, there is no leakage or spillage.
• The lifespan of the sealed cup is one day. The purpose of sealing the product is not to store it but to ensure it is transported hygienically in a leak-proof and spill-proof manner.
• The machine seals foil for cups with a standard diameter of 75mm. Optionally, there are mold options of 95mm or 135mm according to needs.
