Areas of Use

• Lower conveyor belt for carcass meat 
•  The entire body and chamber will be made of AISI 304  stainless steel.
•  It will have a food-grade polyethylene modular belt that is easy to clean.
•  The belt speed can be adjusted with a frequency converter.
•  The belt can be pneumatically lifted for easier cleaning of the underside.

•  It will have food-grade polyethylene modules that are easy to clean.
•   The belt speed can be adjusted with a frequency converter.
•  There will be side protection barriers on the edges of the belt to prevent bones from falling.
•  There will be a belt discharge chute.
•  There will be a double pneumatic cylinder belt lifting system.
• C. Cutting Tables
•  The entire body and chamber will be made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel.
•  The tables will be made of food-compliant polyethylene material, fully removable for washing and end of work.
•  There will be holes for scrap meat on the polyethylene table and a gridded shelf system suitable for placing plastic boxes underneath the table.
• It will have the ability to use cutting tables independently from the carcass meat conveyor belt with a height-adjustable 4-legged system.
• There will be a coupling connection to the lower conveyor belt.
• There will be a table lifting and surface turning system for washing purposes.

• The entire body and chamber will be made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel.

• There will be drainage holes on the edges of the table for blood that may come from meat blocks.

• The thickness of the polyethylene cutting table will be at least 30 mm.
• The width of the bone conveyor belt will be at least 500 mm.
• The motor for the upper bone conveyor belt will be at least 0.75 kW.
• The dimensions of the upper conveyor belt for bones will be at least 10500*700*1450 mm.
• The dimensions of the cutting table will be at least 1200*600*850 mm.

• There will be a band saw with a balancer transformer for cutting quarter carcasses with bones.
• There will be working walls for coarse casting (to fix quarter carcasses to the back wall).  There will be a butcher platform for each butcher.
• A guarantee of at least 4000 hours or 2 years for the durability of the machine against material and workmanship errors, and 10 years for spare parts and service will be provided.
• Measures related to worker safety will be taken in the machine.
• The machine will be controlled by authorized personnel of the institution during the manufacturing phase, and the company will be obliged to provide all kinds of assistance in this regard.
• The machine will comply with European Union food safety standards.
• The cutting line will be delivered in working condition with all connections made.

The meat cutting table is where the separation of bone-in and boneless meat is done.

Work tables are produced from red and white polyethylene material.

It is suitable for box placement with shelves.

Table heights are adjustable.

There is a rotating collection tray.

Conveyor belts can be selected according to the environment to be used.

Polyethylene tables produced in accordance with the Food Code provide hygiene.

It continuously facilitates further processing by transferring red meat, white meat, and other sectors.
