The new system is crushing screening, has a capacity of 120-200 tons/hour. It is ideal for crushing granite and basalt.
GENERAL 950 Closed circuit Crushing system The entire system is gathered on a single platform and can be transported with 1 Truck.
It is designed to be put into operation within 30 minutes.
It is the most suitable facility for breaking materials such as hard and hard-to-break stones (Basalt, Granite) and mines (Iron Ore, Chrome Ore, Quartz).
It is the most ideal crusher unit for breaking abrasive materials.
Vibrating Feeder and Hopper
The feeder system is driven by 2 vibromotors. In this way, it provides trouble-free operation and minimum maintenance.
The feeder hopper is suitable for feeding with Excavators and Loaders, and in continuous operations, feeding can be done with trucks with additional hoppers.
All wear points in the feeder and hopper are protected with replaceable wear armors.
There is a screening system in the feeder table. Thanks to the by-pass conveyor, this screened soiled material can be dumped into the stock area.
