Dora Machine's food-type vibrating sifting screens stand out with ease of use and hygiene standards. Changing the screens is extremely practical; they can be quickly opened and closed thanks to the ergonomic and shock-absorbing cover system. The screen wires can be easily removed and replaced with different mesh sizes through bolt connections. Thus, the sifting process suitable for various food products is carried out effortlessly, eliminating the need for another sifting machine.

The frame height can be easily adjusted according to your needs. During the approval phase, it is sufficient to specify the discharge and outlet height of the product.

The machine is delivered with an open-close function, leakage current relay, and contactor panel. You just need to connect it to power and press the start button.

Vibrating screens in the size of 100x200 cm are always available in our stock. Custom production is made according to your different size requests, with an average delivery time of 10 business days.

• Single Layer Sifting Screen: A single screen with 2 outlets separates the product into two parts, upper and lower. (For example: above 4 mm and below)

• Double Layer Sifting Screen: Two screens with 3 outlets divide the product into three parts. (For example: above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, and below 2 mm)

• Triple Layer Sifting Screen: Three screens with 4 outlets separate the product into four parts. (For example: above 4 mm, between 2-4 mm, between 1-2 mm, and below 1 mm)
