The Empero EMP.1000 Guillotine Type Dishwasher offers an excellent solution for commercial kitchens and large kitchen operations. The machine offers four different washing programs: 60, 90, 120, and 180 seconds. These program options allow for the selection of an appropriate washing time based on the soil level of the dishes, thus saving both time and energy. This flexibility is ideal for meeting different washing requirements while optimizing water and detergent usage.

This machine is compatible with baskets sized 500x500 mm, allowing it to wash plates and kitchen utensils of various sizes with ease. The washing water temperature ranges from 55-60°C, while the rinsing water temperature ranges from 80-85°C. These temperatures ensure effective cleaning and hygienic rinsing of the dishes.
