MBS H-IRB-100 Horizontal Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IRB-100 is an industrial horizontal balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of medium-scale rotors. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 7 kg to 100 kg and a bed length of 1200 mm, it provides high-precision balancing across a wide spectrum of parts, including electric motor rotors, radial fan impellers, turbine rotors, cylindrical shafts, drums, and propellers.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 800 mm and a shaft diameter range of 5–130 mm, the H-IRB-100 is equipped with a 1.5 kW motor. The standard belt drive system is suitable for mass production and yields the most accurate measurement results on components with a cylindrical surface where the belt rests. It performs simultaneous measurements in single or dual planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• Ergonomic Operator Console: Supplied with Type B console as standard; optional Type A enclosed cabinet is available (Windows-based AIO PC).

• On-Machine Correction (Optional): Enables correction directly on the machine without removing the part, via optional side or top drilling unit add-ons.

• Safety and Standards: CE-compliant structure; safety enclosure with interlocked door available as an option. Installation, operator training, and calibration services are included.
