MBS H-IRB-300 Horizontal Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IRB-300 is an industrial horizontal balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of medium-sized rotors. With a rotor weight capacity between 15 kg and 300 kg and a bed length of 1500 mm, it provides high-precision balancing across a wide range of parts, from electric motor rotors and crankshafts to fan and compressor impellers, propellers, and turbine rotors.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 1100 mm and a shaft diameter range of 10–130 mm, the H-IRB-300 is equipped with a 4 kW motor and drive power. Operating at a maximum balancing speed of 1500 rpm, the system features a standard belt drive as well as an optional shaft drive for rotors with high aerodynamic drag. It performs simultaneous measurements in two planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• On-Machine Correction (Optional): Enables correction directly on the machine without removing the part, via optional side or top drilling unit add-ons.

• Safety and Standards: CE-compliant design; a safety enclosure with an interlocked door can be added as an option.
