As UNBAK Makine, with our 33 years of experience in Rollform machinery, we have produced the ICARUS^® Light Steel Frame Structure Machine segment, which is a domestically produced machine capable of processing 1.6 mm sheets and working with multiple dimensions.

With the IC-2500SA, you can easily produce Tiny Houses, Steel Containers, Single or Multi-Story Buildings, and Steel Constructions. The intermediate floor chassis production allows for the very quick creation of floors between levels. The profiles are produced by reading the data from the design software, and it is sufficient to assemble them using the provided assembly map as they are coded by a printer during production. The IC-2500SA can easily produce Wall Panels, Truss Girders, and Roof Trusses according to your designed structure.

The IC-2500SA can produce multiple base dimensions on a single machine with a maximum of 1.6mm S350 high-strength sheet quality. You can easily work with sheet thicknesses suitable for your project.

All components used in the IC-2500SA Light Steel Structure Machine are manufactured by world-renowned brands and are suitable for long-term use.

The IC-2500SA, designed by Turkish engineers and produced in Turkey by UNBAK Makine, includes machine control software developed by our company. Our software is continually updated by our software team based on years of experience and field feedback.

SABS (Sheet Anti-Blocking System):

This is a system that prevents the metal sheet from compressing and crumpling like an accordion between stations during production. Another advantage of this system is that it ensures the proper production of the profile and reduces potential deformation in the profile.

UNBAKALLIN1 (Design Once, Produce Steel Constructions and Roof-Wall Clips)

The UNBAKALLIN1 system is available only in UNBAK machines worldwide. With this system, our customers who own the UNBAK IC-XCLAD Clip machine can automatically produce steel constructions and Roof-Wall clips after designing the structure with a single USB disk.
