ID1600 Borum Thermoplastic Preheater
They are seamless equipment produced for heating thermoplastic materials in block, granule, and liquid form.
Thanks to the vertical type double-wing mixing arms, it provides homogeneous temperature distribution throughout the material. The Preheater is driven by the PS15 Hydraulic Power Unit, which is placed in a separate position from the tank. The standard length of the connection hoses is 6 meters. The heating system is a 12 V DC Powered Diesel Burner.

Indirect Heating System Preheater (ID)
It has features such as a hydromotor-driven mixer, START, STOP, and Reverse Operation valve for mixer drive, double arm and wing vertical mixer, a diathermic oil jacket surrounding the paint chamber, and a diathermic oil heated pipe located in the middle of the paint tank.
For temperature control, there are two separate thermostats that control the diathermic oil and paint temperature between +50 and +300° C; and two separate temperature indicators showing the temperatures of the paint and diathermic oil.

40 Liter capacity Diesel tank and filter.

12 V DC/65 Amp alternator,
