The 1580 Inkjet Printer is an industrial coding system that uses inkjet technology for the automatic coding of production date, expiration date, lot number, and similar variable information on product packaging in production, filling, and packaging lines.

The system, suitable for contactless printing on packages, bottles, jars, and boxes, can be integrated into the production line to perform coding during product movement. The ability to automatically change date information helps ensure continuous and regular coding in mass production applications.

The 1580 Inkjet Printer can print up to 5 lines and supports different font sizes. Printing messages can be prepared and edited via a 10.4-inch TFT-LCD touchscreen. The system can store up to 250 different messages in its memory.

Operating System

The inkjet printer codes by spraying ink contactlessly onto products moving on the production line. The contents to be printed are prepared via the touchscreen control screen and can be saved in memory.

Production date, expiration date, and similar variable information can be automatically updated. This reduces the need for the operator to manually change information in each production, ensuring a more orderly coding process in mass production lines.
