• It is designed to minimize heat losses.
• The inner surface of the oven consists of sandwich-type interlocking panels made of galvanized sheet, while the outer surface is made of powder-coated DKP sheet.
• Silicone resistant to 300ºC has been used at the joints of the wall panels.
• The side walls of the oven are insulated with 150 mm stone wool.
• The combustion chamber area is also insulated with a total of 150 mm stone wool.
• The circulation fan is of a type suitable for operation at 250ºC.
• There are channels that distribute air homogeneously inside the oven and adjustable air blowing outlets. The system, which operates on the principle of closed circuit air circulation, reaches the desired temperature in a short time.
• Temperature control is provided by a digital thermostat. And fuel savings are kept at maximum level.
• The resistance type heat cell is mounted in the heating unit located at the back of the oven and has the capacity to raise the oven temperature to 250ºC.
• The heat cell consists of resistance pipes with increased surface area placed in a deflected manner and is designed to provide maximum heat transfer as the air passes through this area.
• The walls of the heating unit are insulated with 150 mm stone wool. There is electrical wiring and an electrical control panel on top of the unit.
