Özbilim K3 Fabric Control Machine

The end of the fabric placed between the two rear rollers is brought to the upper roller by pressing the pedal and passing it under the free tension rod. The fabric end is passed under the encoder wheel on the upper roller and sent to the light panel. The operator stands in front of the machine and presses the pedal in front to bring the fabric end from the fabric opening roller through the tension rod to the front winding rollers. The working speed, start-stop-rewind commands are entered from the touch screen. Error types, starting and ending points of errors are recorded on the fabric's position. The fabric roll information written to the database can be reported and filtered when needed.

Critical error positions based on rolls recorded in the same database are also read by Özbilim wrapping machines, and when a faulty part comes during wrapping, the wrapper is automatically stopped and a warning is given to the wrapping operator.

Length measurement is done with an encoder with %0.1 accuracy. Different calibrations are made for different types of fabrics and recorded in the recipes.

OPTIONS;

Width Meter: With a motorized sensor group that instantaneously tracks both edges of the fabrics passing through the machine

the fabric widths are continuously measured, and minimum, maximum, and average width information is created and recorded in the database along with other roll

information.

Weight Meter: With load cells connected to the weighing cylinders added in front of the wrapping rollers, the roll weight is measured.
