Solid Waste Sorting Disc Screen

 

Our disc screens are designed to capture and mechanically sort the toughest solid wastes in high and challenging flow systems. It is driven by a motor reducer group and rotated. Materials are discharged into a large hopper. They are transferred to the disc screen unit via a conveyor. The waste collected between the discs is thrown out of the screen at a single point due to the rotational effect of the discs. Due to its internally rotating design, it does not require screen cleaning and there is no need for labor for cleaning. Disc, Star, Square, etc. screening systems are a top-level mechanical sorting method. We have various productions available in different capacities according to customer demand.
