EMP.UW-130 130 Litre Kettle Washing Machine is a high-efficiency device developed to elevate hygiene standards in commercial kitchens. It offers three different program options to optimize washing and rinsing processes: 120 seconds, 240 seconds, and 360 seconds. Its stainless steel body enhances durability while ensuring safe use for many years. Stainless steel heaters allow water to heat quickly and maintain a constant temperature. This means efficient energy use during washing and rinsing. The washing water is kept between 55-60°C, and the rinsing water between 80-85°C, effectively cleaning all types of dirt and residues.

With a tank capacity of 130 liters, the EMP.UW-130 is suitable for large volume loads. Water consumption is limited to only 7.5 liters, providing environmentally friendly use and water savings. It also has a capacity of 30 baskets per hour or 480 pieces of 60x80 cm trays, making it ideal for high-volume kitchens. Additionally, it offers an efficient option for large meal services and catering businesses with a capacity of 120x1/1 GN.

The machine's powerful motors (2 x 1.5 kW) and 12 kW washing tank heating power provide fast and effective washing. The 18 kW boiler heating power used for the rinsing process offers a feature that quickly brings water to the desired temperature.
