Bend Evaluation Optical Scanning and Measurement Station

To evaluate bend quality, you need to create a cross-section of the conductive bend. With a measurement microscope and suitable analysis software, the micro section can be measured, graded, and documented according to relevant standards or specified customer requirements.

The OP 4001 Optical Station covers a wide zoom range and is very lightweight, making it possible to measure even large objects. It is also very suitable for side measurement of contact parts.

All our optical stations are mounted on stainless steel laminated MDF boards and include the innovative and comfortable analysis software X-Scan.

Laptop or PC is not included in the standard delivery and must be requested separately.
