High Flexibility and Efficient Operation
Picas EBS-230 can operate seamlessly in any position, making it suitable for all types of installations or challenging environments. The print head offers advanced writing height options without rotating or by rotating; writing heights of 27 mm can be achieved with 16 nozzles and 12 mm with 7 nozzles. This flexibility provides solutions suitable for all types of font requirements and ensures high efficiency in production lines.

Print Head and Nozzle Options
Picas EBS-230 allows you to achieve different print qualities with various nozzle diameter options. Different resolutions and print qualities can be created with standard 150 micron, 120 micron, 170 micron, and 200 micron nozzles. The message length can go up to 1300 characters and supports various graphical markings such as special characters and logos. The device can communicate with an IBM compatible computer via USB cable or can be controlled with an optional T600 touch remote.

High Speed and Long-Term Operation
With a printing speed of 600 characters per second, Picas EBS-230 prints with excellent quality at high resolution (60 dot/dm) and high speed (60 meters/minute). The ink capacity is quite high; it can work with alcohol, acetone, and water-based inks in different colors (green, red, white, yellow, blue, black). With 1000 ml of ink, 2,000,000 characters can be printed in a 5x7 matrix, demonstrating the device's high efficiency for long-term use. Timing can be adjusted according to the production line speed with an encoder, and continuous printing mode supports all types of photoelectric connections and trigger systems with a switch.
