The BOYMAK M Type Enamel Baking and Drying Ovens operate on the principle of hanging the workpiece to be baked on the oven conveyor and baking it at 900 degrees. These types of ovens are internally circulating ovens, and after the workpiece is hung on the conveyor, it is baked or dried at a certain speed according to the thickness of the piece and the m2 area. Heating Unit

The part of the enamel baking oven that comes into contact is made of 150mm Ceramic Wool and 200mm Rock Wool material, which is resistant to 1430 degrees. The outer sheet of the oven is coated with electrostatic powder paint, increasing corrosion resistance. The baking oven panels are insulated with 350mm insulation material as standard. Due to this insulation feature in the enamel oven, heat losses do not exceed the ambient temperature
( + - 10) degrees. Thus, our baking ovens consume less fuel and do not excessively heat the working environment. A specially designed radiant type fan is located at the entrance of the baking oven, preventing unnecessary heat losses and providing savings.

Heat control is done through a thermocouple placed inside the oven. The BOYMAK M type enamel baking oven automatically signals when it reaches the desired temperature, and the baking oven can be adjusted up to 0-1000 ºC via the digital clock on the heat control panel.
