Operating System:

• The machine's electrical connection is made, and the air compressor hose is attached to provide air pressure.

• The machine's pressure is set to 3 - 4 ATM from the pressure control gauge.

• The sole adhesion time is adjusted from the time setting section.

• The switch above the time setting is turned on to supply electricity.

• The shoe is placed with the sole facing up and the front part facing you. A cushion or rubber front suitable for the shoe model is placed.

• The lid is closed by pressing the pedal, and then the start button is pressed to begin the sole adhesion process.

• After the process is completed, the lid is opened by pressing the pedal, and the sole adhesion process ends.

Points to Consider:

• Special machines are made for long boots and slippers.

• After placing the shoe, the cushion and rubber must be adjusted correctly, and the back part of the mold must fit perfectly.
