Manual Stitching Machine is used by cutting the wire wound on the spool into a U-shape and bending it like a staple to join the two open ends of a carton.

The machine is equipped with a 0.75 kW 1500 rpm three-phase motor.
It is operated by pedal movement.
The switch on the machine allows single stitch operation.
Depending on the operator and stitch frequency, it can stitch up to 400 cartons per hour.
The machine is entirely manufactured by our company.
All spare parts and components are kept in stock.
Requested spare parts are shipped within 1–2 days.
We provide technical service for machine failures.
For distant cities, since service costs are high, the stitching head unit can be detached and shipped to us for maintenance or repair. After the necessary parts are replaced, it is shipped back within 2–4 days depending on workload.
