MBS H-IRB-6T Mil Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IRB-6T is a compact mil balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of lightweight turbo mils and small rotors. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 0.1 kg (100 g) to 6 kg and a body length of 400 mm, it provides high-precision balancing for delicate parts—from light turbo mils and turbocharger rotors to small fans, propellers, brushless (BLDC) motor rotors, and electric motor rotors.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 300 mm and a mil diameter range of 4–25 mm, the H-IRB-6T features a 0.4 kW servo motor and a belt drive system. Thanks to its Class C enclosed protection cabinet, it offers a safe working environment and automatically rotates the rotor to position the correction point at top-dead-center after measurement. It performs simultaneous measurements in two planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.

• High-Precision Measurement: Equipped with 2 piezoelectric vibration sensors and a reflective optical RPM/angle sensor.

• Integrated Compact Design: Operator computer (Windows AIO PC) is integrated into the machine, requiring no external control console.
