Monetel Cutting Machine

• The Monotel machine is designed to straighten irregular blocks and cut thick slabs.
• The structural design of the Monotel machine consists of two columns and a beam connecting them.
• The machine has two aluminum arches with a diameter of 2300 mm.
• One of the arches is idle. The wire's linear speed can be adjusted between 0 - 2000 m/hour.
• The lowering and lifting speeds of the system can be adjusted via an inverter.
• The Monotel machine is supplied with a non-rotating block trolley for cutting different thicknesses or a rotating block trolley for straightening and shaping irregular blocks in a marble quarry.
