Multi-Functional Gasless MIG Welding Machine

It can be used for tig, mig, and mma welding with 3 functional features. 

Tig (Argon) welding: Argon welding, or (TIG welding), is a welding process that uses electricity to melt and join metal pieces. TIG (Argon) welding is suitable for a wide variety of metal thicknesses. It is also suitable for very thin materials that are difficult (or impossible) to combine with other welding techniques.

Mig welding: Metal inert gas (MIG) welding is a subtype of gas metal arc welding (GMAW). In this welding process, the main materials are joined with a welding current. Filler metal is continuously fed from the welding gun. As the electric arc melts the electrode wire, it is melted together with the main metals in the welding pool. At the same time, protective gas moves along the welding gun to keep the weld away from atmospheric contamination.

MMA welding: Shielded metal arc welding (MMA) is a manual arc welding method where the heat required for welding is generated by the arc formed between the coated consumable electrode and the workpiece. The tip of the electrode, the welding bath, the arc, and the areas of the workpiece close to the weld are protected by gases formed by the burning and decomposition of the covering material from the harmful effects of the atmosphere.

Works with 1 kg wire, compatible with wires up to 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, and 1 mm, and the wire is also available in our stock. The machine operates gasless, and the wire is fed from the spool to the torch.

220 volt suitcase type gasless MIG welding machine, 200 amperes. Features: 1 phase 230v-50/60 hz mains voltage and works with generators, tolerates voltage fluctuations up to 15%.

Thanks to inverter technology, energy efficiency is higher compared to classical machines. It offers excellent welding characteristics with steel, aluminum, and special wire types. There is an option for positive (+) and negative (-) polarity.

Welding voltage, wire feed speed (current), soft start, pre-gas, post-gas, burn-back settings, and 2/4 trigger options are made from the front panel. Welding parameters can be easily monitored from large digital displays. There are free wire feed and gas test buttons.
