Natural Gas Electrostatic BOX Type Paint Oven

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• The heating system can be provided with LPG/LNG, ELECTRICITY, DIESEL, and FUEL OIL.

• The body of the oven, made of 550 mm panels, is disassembled and can be assembled on-site.

• In models with a burner, the heating system is thermoblock and the combustion chamber is made of 310 quality stainless steel.

• Diesel and natural gas burners can be used in the system,

• The heat control system is done with a Digital Thermostat,

• There is a time relay that provides the paint curing graph.

• Material plan warning is provided with a horn.

• The box with a loading car on the ground can be easily placed on a normal floor.

• The insulation thickness of the panels is 160 mm.

• The oven doors are specially hinged, and heat-resistant silicone gaskets are used.

• The inside of our oven is galvanized, and the outside is coated with electrostatic powder paint.

• The adjustable hot air channel from below absorbs the temperature from the rear upper base and provides circulation.

• Our standard color for panels is RAL 7038 and for direct and connection elements is RAL 7039. 
WORKING PRINCIPLE It consists of a disassembled system of sandwich panels, and as understood from its name, it is designed as a closed box type with a single or double wing door on one side, allowing the entry of painted material and the curing of paint with heat using a cast wheeled cart designed according to the user's purpose.
