1. Three-in-one device's overall performance
1.1 The coil uncoiling and feeding line project is primarily for the stamping and automatic production of continuous molds.
1.2 The production process of the coil uncoiling and cutting line: lifting material from the crane to the cart (manually) → feeding shaft → uncoiling and feeding → leveling → feeding → press unloading / continuous mold (the press and mold are prepared by the customer).
1.3 Automatic operating mode: normal production mode, continuous movement according to the cyclic series, automation, and press safety locking function
1.4 Manual mode (adjustment mode): This mode can perform all sports movements and can operate according to the mode of the manual control start button. Transition from manual mode to automatic mode is fast and easy.
1.5 Emergency stop: The emergency stop button is set at the main control station. Use the emergency stop button in case of an accident. The emergency stop will instantly stop all movements of the feeding device in production, and the press will stop immediately. The emergency stop cuts all power circuits (Electricity, gas, liquid), and all electrical cabinets and consoles will stop operation and alarm.
1.6 The loading cart helps in loading materials, and the operator can safely and comfortably change the material coils;
1.7 The main shaft of the material rack adopts frequency conversion speed adjustment to cooperate with the slowing motor to work synchronously with the speed of the feeder;
1.8 Prevent loosening of the material and assist the pressure belt power device to loosen the material coil;
1.9 The correction roller mechanism and feeding machine are placed on the same precision platform to ensure equal parallel accuracy and significantly limit errors during leveling and feeding operations;
