2) It consists of lower electrode, upper electrode, and 9 transformers of 120 KVA.

The length rods coming from the feeding unit are held together by the magnet with the width rods coming from the width discharge unit and welding

the pistons compress the rod and welding is done with the energy coming from the transformer.

3) The magnetic bar from the width storage takes a certain amount of width rod and leaves it in the servo motor compartment.

The servo motor takes the rods one by one and gives them to the ejection unit.

The ejection process is done with pistons.

It throws the width rod towards the magnet.
