Ø 65 - 400 mm Pipe Welding Mouth Opening Machine

Superboiler T5 Flange is a flange surface processing machine capable of processing and correcting flanges, valve seats, and RTJ flanges ranging from 65 to 400 mm (2.56″ – 15.75”).

The cutting feed is automatic from the outer diameter to the inner diameter. The standard stock surface grinding operations performed are as follows: 0.2 – 0.4 – 0.6 – 0.8 mm

CAPACITY:  Min 65 max 400 mm flange diameter

FUNCTIONS: Stock finishing, soft finishing, spiral correction, valve seats, and gaskets.

MATERIALS: Carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, inconel, others
