Supermaxi 4_16 pipe welding mouth opening machine is produced for the pipe industry and welding workshops where pipes, boilers, and fittings are processed.

Supermaxi 4_16 is equipped with a 6-point innovative locking system that prevents vibrations during operations and provides stability. Installation and average operations are quite easy, precise, and functional.

The spindle of the Supermaxi 4_16 pipe welding mouth opening machine not only allows the use of standard fixed-bodied tools thanks to its innovative design but also enables the use of interchangeable tipped cam locking tools. The machine layout is designed to prevent the waste from the previous operation from affecting the next operation.

With an optional kit, the machine's range can be increased to 16.45” (418 mm) OD.

Supermaxi 4_16 pipe welding mouth opening machine is available in pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric versions.

CAPACITY: In standard configuration, the working range is between 3.7” and 12.5” (94.5-318.5 mm), while this range can be increased to 16.45” (418 mm) with an optional extension kit.
