The G400 grinding machine is primarily suitable for quickly performing grinding and lifting operations on connection parts and typical manufacturing items of boilers; it is a lightweight, powerful, compact, and versatile grinding machine, with general areas of use:

• removal of excess weld root

• polishing of convex end plates, tanks, cone end plates, covers, etc. (of pressure vessels)

• preparation of edges to be welded by grinding

• removal of excessive thickness from weld seams

The use of the G400 grinding machine opens a new path in the production environment of boilers and pressure vessels and provides the following advantages compared to what a single operator can achieve manually with a hand grinder:

Thanks to the electronic control of the grinding head, the head retracts to prevent excessive material removal when encountering ovality on the processed part.

The operator must later correct the correct feed rate of the grinding disc on the machine.
