Construction (Main Frame): Our machine construction is produced from high-strength construction (ST 52) (ST 37) quality steels. It is manufactured at 0 level in special production facilities and calibrated to eliminate imbalance in the construction site. The upper screed connection group and lower vibrator group of our machine are fully processed with CNC machines. It is 25% heavier than the equivalent machines on the market. Thus, it is more durable and long-lasting.

Vibrator System: The vibration system used in our machine is a liquid-oil closed circulation system. The automatic lubrication system is activated with the operation of the machine. The oil return control is provided by a sensor, ensuring safety on the panel against user errors. SKF or FAG bearings are preferred in the vibrator. The vibrator power adjustment can be adjusted STEPLESSLY via the control panel at any time. This provides time and labor savings for the customer. (There is absolutely no need to remove the vibrator from the machine while making adjustments.)

Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system used in our machine is the BOSCH-REXROTH (German) brand. All hydraulic equipment, valves, pistons, and other circuit elements used in the system are tested at the BOSCH-REXROTH test center before coming to our company. After the assembly of the machine is carried out in our company, the operation of the system is checked, adjustments are made, and it is prepared for shipment. Our hydraulic units are placed in the machine pit in compliance with occupational health and safety conditions. This eliminates hydraulic unit noise, temperature, and space losses. The hydraulic unit has temperature and oil level sensors, ensuring continuous control of the system.

Control Panel: Our machine's control panel is designed so that the OPERATOR can easily operate the machine. All materials used inside the panel are of the SCNEIDER (German) brand. The control panel allows easy adjustment of the machine's hydraulic unit temperature, oil level, and vibrator power. This prevents job, labor, and time losses.

Bunker and Mortar Distributor: Our machine has a mortar tank with a capacity of 2 m³. The mortar distributor ensures a more homogeneous distribution of the mortar from the bunker tank. The mortar mixer has a chain gear protective cage.

Safety and Sensors: Our machine is equipped with sensors and switches in accordance with job and occupational safety regulations. Sensory processing sequences are configured with sensors to minimize accidents caused by the operator. Steel guards are placed on moving parts around the machine to ensure safety. Emergency STOP buttons are located in the machine pit and various points. Descents and exits to the machine pit are made with the ladder provided with the machine. Product Transport and Steam Our products produced in the machine are taken to the steam application area with a forklift. We also provide the necessary carrying baskets forklifts. Since transportation is done with forklift assistance, production is carried out faster and easier.

Molds and Pallets: All molds and screeds we manufacture are made of St52 Steel. Mold mounting plates are provided with our machine. OUR PALLETS ARE PRODUCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS OF THE IL BANK AND DIN 4032-4035 STANDARDS. Our pallets are completely made on CNC lathes. Before shipment, the pallets are packaged with special packaging method and shipped. There is no rust problem until the first use with special protective wax.
