It is possible to press all large and small buttons with a standard movable, fixed, perforated size of 14-17 mm.

The material reservoirs consisting of 2 hoppers are filled with nails and buttons and automatically fed from the channels for the pressing process.

There is one spare mold available for large or small buttons.

During product change, the spare channel and molds can be changed and the pressing process can be done in about one or two minutes.

Designed with extremely technical and technological equipment, it presses approximately 30,000 buttons in 8 hours with an average waste of 1%.

It has versatile features that can be used without material separation.

Optional fork nail spare molds can be applied on the same machine.

During pressing on various fabrics, it automatically adjusts the pressure settings in the most ideal way according to the type and thickness of the fabric.
