Working Principle of the System:
Feeding and Transporting: Bearings enter the line through a low-friction and durable PVC belt conveyor with a regular flow.
Automatic Detection and Sorting: Bearings reaching the end of the conveyor are detected through sensitive sensors. Each bearing falls into the stacking area in a controlled manner.
Piston Pushing System: When the programmed stacking capacity is reached, the pneumatic piston engages. It pushes the full stack forward in one move to make room for the incoming bearings.
Error-Free Stacking: Through this cycle, bearings are arranged in a perfect geometric order, free from clutter, and without damaging each other.
