3.5 Hydraulic cutting
 Install single hydraulic cutting equipment here for cutting the excess end of hot rolled coils or cutting from the middle of the coil strip for a maximum strip width of 1850mm and thickness of 3mm. 3.5 Transmission Roller Table
 Roller table 2m long and 165m wide, Φ140x1850 passive rollers connected with gears and chains. Clamping feeding and leveling cylinders send the coil head over the roller table. 3.6 Equipment alignment

3.7 Disk Slitting Machine

 Material of the spindle: 40Cr, forging and tempering, medium frequency quenching, hard chrome plating, fine polishing.  Disk cutter: D380×d220×T20/15mm
 Material of the disk cutter: H13K, hardness HRC59~61 after water quenching.  Drive style: 75KW DC motor, speed reducer, gearbox, and compatible with universal joints.  Control in DC motor: American Parker 590 controller
 Pressure on the cutting spindle: 2.2KW cycloidal pin wheel motor with infinite gearbox  To change the disk cutter: hydraulic driven (Φ63×450mm), one foot of the disk cutter moves outward until the disk cutters are mounted
