With the separator system, the abrasive material and dust are separated in three stages and transported to the filter through dust suction channels.

During blasting, an adjustable throttle system that regulates the abrasive material flow is available to achieve the desired homogeneous surface. Thanks to this system, the abrasive flow rate can be easily adjusted. With flow rate adjustment, a variable effective surface can be obtained.

The speed of the steel rollers can be automatically adjusted via the control panel (inverter-controlled).
