About The PU Belt Product Feeding Elevator is a conveyor product transport system developed for the automatic transportation and feeding of products to electronic scales, volumetric weighing systems, and other filling units used in packaging machines. It can be used for transporting dry products such as legumes, nuts, and chips, as well as dairy products like grated mozzarella, ball cheese, and grated cheddar; fresh-cut vegetables and fruits, and fresh or frozen food products like fish, chicken, and meat. The polyurethane belt, with a thickness of 3.2 mm and a 40 mm side flared structure, is specifically designed for transporting oily products. The vibrating feeding hopper and speed-controlled belt system ensure that products are transferred to the weighing or filling unit on the packaging line in a controlled manner. The elevator has a carrying capacity of up to 3 tons per hour for legume products and can be adapted to different packaging lines with product discharge height options of 2800 mm, 3200 mm, and 3600 mm. The vibrating channel discharge system in the hopper allows for the controlled transfer of the product onto the PU belt. Thanks to the speed-controlled structure of the 0.25 kW vibration motor, the amount of product discharged from the hopper can be adjusted. The PU belt moves with a 0.75 kW speed-controlled motor, transporting the product to the weighing or filling system above the packaging machine. The ability to control the belt rotation speed and hopper discharge speed separately allows for the adjustment of the product feeding flow according to the operating conditions of the packaging system. Belt and Chassis Structure The 3.2 mm thick, 40 mm side flared polyurethane belt used in the elevator is suitable for transporting oily products.
