What is a plastic PVC profile machine? It is an extruder machine used to produce Plastic PVC profiles in desired dimensions and lengths. These machines produce PVC profiles, window profiles, PVC paneling, door paneling, cabinet paneling, cornice, glass bead, sill, etc.

They are classified as single-screw extruders and conical twin-screw extruder lines. Single-screw extruders are produced as ø50, ø70, ø90, while twin-screw extruder lines are produced as ø50, ø67, ø75, ø90, ø110.

When we ask what a Plastic Profile PVC Machine is and what its operating principles are, the principle of operation of these machines is to transfer power from the main motor to the gearbox, then to the screw barrel, and for the piece called screw to rotate 360 degrees around its axis while carrying the raw material from the raw material hopper to the screw and melting it into a liquid form with the resistors on the barrel and finally conveying it to the head of the screw. When the material reaches the head, it will take the shape of the head mold in a hot state. After the hot material comes out of the head, it will enter the vacuum calibration table. Here, it takes the desired shape through vacuum. Water circulation is performed inside the material in the calibrator mold, and the product will be cooled. After the product comes out of the calibrator, it has reached the desired size and cooled.

After leaving the vacuum calibration table unit, it reaches the haul-off unit we call the traction pallet. Here, the task of the haul-off unit is to pull the PVC profile from the main machine at a regular speed and send it to the saw unit. The haul-off unit should pull the material without crushing it with the help of the rubber on it and send it to the cutting unit.

The cutting unit makes cuts according to the property and size of the profile. It moves along with the cutting material and performs the cut. It operates according to the cutting speed of the cutting extruder and haul-off and performs the cutting process. Cutting is done according to customer request for the desired size. After cutting, the product is stacked in the destructive unit and becomes ready for use.
