This machine is used for adhering reinforcement fabrics to leather, synthetic leather, and textile products. It has been developed to increase the strength of products, ensuring their durability and longevity.

Working System: The machine allows for the adhesion of reinforcement fabrics of the same size to pre-cut or prepared products. The product and reinforcement fabric are placed on top of each other on the pallet at the front of the machine. The product passes through two heated rollers, allowing the reinforcement fabric to adhere to the product with the help of heat and pressure. This increases the product's strength and makes it more robust.

Points to Consider:

• The heat and speed settings of the moving belt should be adjusted according to the product. This is necessary to prevent damage to the material and to complete the process efficiently.
