BS30 ROBOTIC FULLY AUTOMATIC CONCRETE PAVER AND BRICK MAKING MACHINE It is a PLC controlled automatic machine. It operates with a hydraulic system. Operating pressure is in the range of 100-120 bar. It can produce 30 pieces (0.83 m²) of interlocking concrete pavers in one cycle (30 seconds) on a wooden pallet made from red pine. Wooden pallets are designed to be stackable on top of each other. This enables efficient transportation and space saving in multiple layers. |
The produced goods are transported to the drying area by a forklift with a lifting capacity of 3 tons by stacking them on pallets.
Optionally, the collection of dried products from the pallets can be automatically carried out by a collection robot.
The collection robot can work either attached to the machine or independently
