The RT-160 model is a fully automatic servo motor wet wipe machine that shapes, fills, and seals.

It automatically produces products with various viscosity ranges into 4 cornered bags.

Three Fold Wipe Package Size: Produces packages in the range of 6x6 and 10x16.

Two Fold Wipe Package Size: Produces packages in the range of 5x5 and 10x16.

Max. 130 packages per minute (first quality raw material is required)

We limit to a maximum of 90 packages per minute

External packaging unloading is servo motor driven

Package pulling is servo motor driven

Internal wipe pulling is servo motor driven

The front part of the machine is covered with stainless steel

Count counter and Warning siren

Automatic stop feature of the machine at the end of the towel

The machine stops when the photo cell does not see an error in the external packaging print
