The Screw Powder Product Feeding Elevator is a helical feeding system used for the automatic and controlled transportation of powder products to screw powder filling units in packaging machines.

It can be used for transferring food products such as powdered coffee, cocoa, whipped cream, powdered spices, salt, and sugar, as well as construction materials like plaster, grout, and cement, chemical products, and powdered agricultural pesticides to the packaging system.

Thanks to the helical transport system, the product is taken from the feeding hopper and delivered to the screw filling unit of the packaging machine. The speed-controlled elevator motor allows for the adjustment of the helical rotation speed; the vibration system enables control of the product flow in the hopper.

The system has a transport capacity of up to 2 tons per hour for products like salt, sugar, and coffee and can be used at a product discharge height of 2600 mm or 2900 mm according to different production line needs.

Technical Specifications

Operating System

The powder product to be transported is fed into the round bunker with a diameter of 800 mm. The product in the hopper is transferred to the screw powder filling unit located above the packaging machine via the helical transport system.

Thanks to the speed-controlled elevator motor with a power of 2.20 kW, the rotation speed of the helical can be adjusted. Thus, the amount of product feeding can be controlled according to the operational needs of the packaging machine.

The 0.25 kW vibration motor used in the hopper supports the movement of the product within the bunker. The ability to adjust the vibration speed helps in the controlled transfer of the product to the transport system.
