The vertical cutting machine is designed for vertical slicing. Stable cuts are made with support plates. Cutting is performed with static cutting plates, double-sided blades, and a moving body with moving and support plates.
In case of a malfunction, a quick remote connection can be established when the machine is connected to the internet, and fault detection can be performed.
Blocks are loaded and unloaded manually in the cutting area.
The moving support plate can be automatically opened to 90 degrees. It becomes flat.
Thanks to the double-sided cutting blades, cutting can be done in both directions.
The safety equipment is designed according to category 4, providing high-level safety measures.
Audible and visual warning systems clearly inform about the initiation of programs, processes, and their termination.
Two support plates work in synchronization with each other.
The quality of foam cutting is always kept high. Cutting blades are sharpened with a sharpening unit.
Different sizes can be cut within the same cutting program with multiple recipe pages.
Multi-page recipe cutting can be done. - Vibration has been minimized thanks to the supporting blade feature.
