Vegetable and Fruit Pre-Washing Machine - Washpre-01

• A working system suitable for washing whole vegetables and fruits (for products with thin leaves and thin stems).

• Fruits and vegetables move towards the exit thanks to the vibrating body.

• The foreign materials on the products are cleaned by spraying pressurized pulverized water and air from the holes in the vibrating body and the nozzles mounted on the body.

• In the system, to effectively clean foreign materials from the products, there is 1 set of air nozzles and 2 sets of pulverized water nozzles.

• The nozzle sets mounted on the body are designed to move up and down according to the size of the pre-washed products.

• For products with thin leaves and thin stems, baskets with fine holes are used.

• The closed-loop washing process is carried out by feeding the pre-wash water into the pulverized water nozzles through the water circulation pump mounted on the machine.

• The water level control sensor on the balancing tank under the pre-wash tank prevents the circulation pump from running dry.
