Semi-Automatic Shrink Packaging Machine

 

      The shrink machine wraps the product to be packaged with nylon drawn from G03 S material, passes it through a heat tunnel, and after vacuuming, it is cooled and packaged. The machine consists of two main parts: the first part is the pre-gluing and cutting jaw, and the second part is the heat tunnel and cooling fan section. The walls of the heat tunnel are very well insulated for heat conservation. The tunnel temperature is adjusted with a precise temperature sensing device with a thermocouple tip. Since the tunnel entrances and exits are closed with heat-resistant teflon curtains, minimum heat loss is achieved. The two main sections that make up the machine can be produced as a single unit or separately upon request.
