OUR MACHINE IS A SEMI-AUTOMATIC WALKING HEAD SEWING MACHINE. WITH ADDITIONAL FEATURES AND ACCESSORIES ATTACHED TO THE MACHINE, IT CAN EASILY SEW THE DOUBLE PIECED BOX BY TURNING AND SEWING AGAIN.

- The machine can be made in the desired size and dimension.
- The machine is controlled by dual servo motors with PLC.
- The head part of the machine will walk in an area of 1500mm after 500mm from the ear side.
- Our machine is manufactured as a single head.
- For sewing a double piece box, the machine will have double supports.
- For sewing, it can be operated by sensor, support, or pedal.
- It is manufactured to sew telescopic and pallet boxes with or without supports.
- There is no correction and conveyor at the machine exit. Only a packaging belt conveyor is available.
- Instead of the normal 8 hammers, 16 hammers are used.
- The machine is manufactured in a double articulated way.
- The machine will sew the duplex triple and normal box without any modifications.

- Double bobbins can be attached to the sewing head and it moves through the wire sensor.
