MBS H-IRB 20 Shaft Balancing Machine

The MBS H-IRB 20 is a compact shaft balancing machine designed for the static and dynamic balancing requirements of turbo shafts and small rotors. With a rotor weight capacity ranging from 0.5 kg to 20 kg and a body length of 700 mm, it provides high-precision balancing for delicate components—from turbochargers and turbo shafts to electric motor rotors, brushless (BLDC) motors, and small fans or propellers.

Supporting maximum rotor diameters up to Ø 400 mm and a shaft diameter range of 5–50 mm, the H-IRB 20 features a 750 W servo motor operating within a speed range of 0–10,000 rpm and a belt drive system. Thanks to its Class C enclosed protection cabinet, it offers high-level operational safety and automatically rotates the rotor to bring the correction point to the top position upon completion of the measurement. It performs simultaneous measurements in two planes using the MBS Balans iBalancer software.
