Oskar OTT 131 S Single-legged Tripod Turnstile is a waist-type access control system developed for the purpose of managing personnel, visitor, and customer transitions in a controlled, orderly, and recordable manner. Thanks to its compact single-legged body design, it can be used in high-traffic entry and exit points such as plazas, factories, subways, prisons, restaurants, cafeterias, and common areas.

The OTT 131 S comes standard with AISI 304 quality stainless steel body and arms. Its electromechanical mechanism supports bi-directional operation, allowing one person to pass in each cycle with a 120° movement. The hydraulic absorber system ensures that the arm movement is completed more smoothly and quietly.

Oskar OTT 131 S Passage Mechanism

The electromechanical mechanism of the OTT 131 S can operate bi-directionally. The tripod arms allow one person to pass with a 120-degree movement. The mechanism is designed not to allow a return after a 30-degree movement.

At the end of the 120-degree movement, the hydraulic absorber activates to dampen the movement of the mechanism. This system helps the turnstile arm to move more smoothly and quietly.

The bearing structure of the moving parts in the mechanism is developed to reduce friction.

Oskar OTT 131 S Access Control System

The passage triggering of the turnstile can be realized via dry contact, 12 VDC, or 24 VDC. It can be used with access control units and various peripherals.

There is a dry contact data output in the direction of passage. Direction selection can be adjusted via the DIP switches on the control board. There is also a buzzer on the control board that indicates when passage permission is detected.

Oskar OTT 131 S Emergency System

There is an emergency contact input on the main board where emergency systems such as fire and earthquake can be connected.

When an emergency signal is received, the LED indicators turn green, and in the standard system, the turnstile allows free passage in both directions. Free passage is also provided in both directions during a power failure.

Oskar OTT 131 S Body and Arm Structure

The standard turnstile body is produced from AISI 304 quality stainless steel. AISI 304 quality stainless steel is also used in outdoor mechanical components, including the half-sphere head and tripod arms.

The standard arm dimensions are 33.7 mm diameter and 440 mm length. Changes can be made to arm dimensions upon request.

Additionally, optional electrostatic powder-coated DKP material and different color options are offered for the body.
