BOTTOMLESS 3 COLOR PRINTING BAG PAPER MACHINE (SM002)

SM002 Three color flexo printing machine consists of three main sections: reel connection mechanism; die, folding and gluing unit.

The flexo printing machine performs three color water-based or aniline dye printing. During printing, without stopping the print, color adjustments can be made by moving the cliché roller left and right, and the entire flexo printing machine can move up and down, right and left. The reel carrying unit is a block unit that includes a cellophane reel for one window, a main paper reel, a back arm unit and a tank at the top, a color adjustment system connecting the bag and the printing at the entrance of the bag section, and paper passage rollers. In front of this section, there is a bag machine. Sequentially, there are bag folding rods and wheels, ironing parts, die, automatically adjustable side bellows apparatus, carrying lower rubber roller, attractive steel and rubber wheels on top of it, and belts in front of it, a 6-station drum under the belts, and drum clamps and paper breakers on top. At the front of the drum, there is a collection platform and in the middle of it, there is a sliding material support unit.

Our machine can produce 240-430 bags per minute in operation. The paper weights that can be used in production can vary between 35-90 grams. The maximum paper printing surface is 79 cm, and bag sizes can be arranged in various combinations between 70-300 mm in length and 150-580 mm in width.
